The painter's involvement in renovation constitutes the final stage of construction, yet most people perceive the painter's work as overly simplistic – after all, it's merely painting, what could be difficult about that? But is this truly the case? As the final stage of decoration, paint application determines the entire home's aesthetic finish. Simultaneously, substandard workmanship can readily cause wall cracking, necessitating numerous precautions. Neglecting these details during construction inevitably leads to issues before you even move in. Whether it's maintenance or redecoration, both become immensely troublesome. Therefore, it's best to get it right the first time to avoid future headaches.

Below are some procedures and processes involved in paint application by digital decoration companies, which we hope will be helpful to all those undertaking renovation work.
1. The Process of Applying Latex Paint
The required construction sequence is as follows:
Clean the base layer → Apply filler and smooth → Apply first coat of filler and smooth → Apply second coat of filler and smooth → Apply sealing primer → Apply first coat of paint → Touch up with filler and smooth → Apply second coat of paint → Polish and rework.
Throughout this process, the construction requirements set for workers are:
Substrate preparation is the critical step in ensuring construction quality. This is the fundamental condition for guaranteeing the walls are completely dry. Generally, it should be left for over 15 days.
The walls must be level, and putty should be applied at least twice. Latex paint can be applied by hand brushing, rolling, or spraying. Brushing must be completed in a single pass.
Brush once, sand once. Typically, this should be done twice or more.

II. Painting Process
For older properties with sound substrates, merely sand with coarse-grit paper once or twice; no scraping is required.
Prepare grey filler using boiled rubber powder and double-fly ash, then level the wall surface. Apply at least three coats until perfectly smooth.
Once dry, sand with paper (again, three times or more).
First Coat of Paint
Once dry, sand with fine-grit sandpaper.
Spray the second coat of paint.

Following the application of paint, we also outline the construction acceptance standards for digital decoration enterprises. This represents our commitment, and we aim to assist you in completing the final stage of your renovation.
1. Joints in plasterboard must be taped.
2. Frosted glass should be protected with newspaper.
3. Existing wall putty must be removed or sealed with adhesive primer.
4. Painting must not be undertaken in excessively humid or dry weather conditions.
5. Polishing of paint and coatings should only be undertaken after complete drying.
6. Subsequent coats of paint must await full drying of the preceding layer.
7. Metal surfaces requiring paint must undergo rustproofing treatment.
8. Apply primer to walls prior to wallpapering.
9. Remove switch and socket covers before wallpaper installation.
10. Glossy satin emulsion paint should be applied in a single continuous coat to minimise colour variation.
