Established in 1997, Mingye Painting Tools Products Co., Ltd is a large manufacturer in the field of professional painting tools as well as the accessories. Located in Qingyuan, a vacation paradise in Guangdong Province, the headquarter of our company has fully enjoyed an beneficial geographical position near the National Highway 107. Our company covers more than 100,000 square meters, with a production area of 25,000 square meters divided into 9 main workshops and two staff residential districts. With our company’s rapid development, there are about 1000 worker at production line, around 50 managerial personnel, 40 inspection personnel and above 20 sales for internal and external markets. In the past 10 years, thanks to the spirit of “Civilized, Surefooted, Ambitious” and satisfying product quality, the annual outcome has reached more than 200 million yuan. Currently, our company has become the painting tools manufacture and exporter of the first rank in China.
We have obtained a high reputation overseas due to our products’ good quality and variety. The products we specialize in include roller frames, roller covers, paint trays and buckets, telescopic poles, bucket grids, drop cloth, power mixers, cleaning tools and painting tool accessories. Through improvement of production technology and update of machines all the times, the production efficiency has been raised greatly. For illustration, the annual capacity of roller frames reaches 30 million pieces and the one of roller covers is 50 million. Not just endeavoring to raise the production efficiency, we have devoted ourselves to production mechanization and independency of new product development. For the consideration of painting tool’s characteristic, we have set up our own Machinery Engineering Department as well as Research & Development, with 3 senior engineers and 20 personnel who have engaged in manufacturing the mechanized facilities suitable for ourselves. In addition to that, we have equipped the workshops through purchasing a large scale machines. For example, the injection molding machines have been increased to 40 in the workshop. In other workshops, the assembly line equipment replacement is under process. In the aspect of new products, we have made great effort in encouraging product development and meliorating production technology with the assistance of R&D department. Annually the outlay distributed to product development reaches millions of yuan and newly designed products have been harvesting popularity among the customers. We have gained over 10 national patents, among which the “3-Sectional Telescopic Frame” has successfully made it name in both national and international patents.
